18 C.F.R. §358.7(a)(1) requires a Transmission Provider to post the information if an employee discloses information in a manner contrary to the requirements of §358.6 of the Commission’s Regulations and requires pursuant to §358.7(a)(2) of the Commission Regulations a Transmission Provider to post a notice if an employees disclosed information in a manner contrary to the requirement of §358.6 of the Commission’s Regulations.
