Accounting Manager*

Directs and coordinates all processes and procedures for maintaining accounting, financial reporting, and financial controls for the Gulf of Mexico district and ensures timely and accurate information is provided to all levels within the company and governmental agencies. 

Asset Manager*

Identifies and develops new gas pipeline business opportunities and manages partner and customer interface.  Directs the contract administration processes.

Attorney*

Provides direction and oversight for legal activities related to purchase and sale of assets, drafting of transportation contracts, participating in expansion activity discussions, and supporting regulatory and environment compliance activities of the business.

Manager, Asset Performance *

Manages new gas pipeline business opportunities, partnerships and customer relations for pipeline assets offshore Gulf of Mexico. Provides leadership and direction regarding all aspects of Company activities including staffing, administration, financial, operational, regulatory, commercial, engineering, safety and environmental.

Business Support Analyst*

Provide support for all system and business applications including design and changes to internal and external websites.

Business Development Commercial Coordinator*

Provides support for new gas pipeline business opportunities and assists in managing partner and customer relations.

Business Development Manager - Growth*

Identifies new growth opportunities associated with new or existing oil and gas pipelines.

Asset and Support Team Lead *

Provides direction and economic guidance to business development coordinators for new pipeline business development opportunities, and supports the general manager, crude and gas pipelines in financial planning and business development activities.

Construction Manger Gulf of Mexico Projects

Responsibility for planning, resourcing, and managing the performance of construction projects and contractors for Gulf of Mexico projects.

Contract Administrator*

Responsible for maintaining all transportation, operational balancing, interconnection contracts and provides assistance in executing the necessary amendments to such agreements.

Finance Manager*

Directs and coordinates all processes and procedures for maintaining accounting, financial reporting, and financial controls for the entire pipeline business unit and ensures timely and accurate information is provided to all levels within the company and governmental agencies. 

Department of Transportation Coordinator*

Coordinates the technical support activities related to ensuring Department of Transportation regulatory compliance including required reporting.

Director Regulatory Affairs*

Ensures compliance with FERC regulatory requirements including tariff administration, certificate and tariff applications, and, reporting obligations.

District Coordinator -  Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental*

Provides guidance in district related Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental issues and ensures all programs are in compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

District Manager Gulf of Mexico*

Directs and coordinates all policies and procedures for operational and maintenance operations
of both oil and gas pipelines located in the Gulf of Mexico.

Financial Analyst*

Review, analyze, and report on a monthly basis, the financial results to management including explanations for variances.  Actively participate in the development and improvement of project management processes as they relate to financial, resource, and time tracking, including the documentation of procedures and evaluation of project tracking tools.

Gas Controller*

Monitors and controls the pipeline system to ensure sufficient operating pressures and volumes exist for safe and reliable operations based on shipper communicated requirements.

Gas Pipeline Scheduler*

Coordinates with shippers, interconnect operators and pipelines for scheduling their transportation needs within system operating parameters, and the monthly transportation invoice process.

General Manager, Business Development and Commercial*

Provides overall direction and leadership for new or existing oil and gas pipeline business development opportunities, partnerships, and customer relations for pipeline assets onshore and offshore Gulf of Mexico. Involved in all aspects of Company activities including staffing, administration, financial, strategic planning, regulatory, and commercial.

General Manager, Operations*

Provide directions to all District Managers and Team Leads for the day to day operational and maintenance operations for all oil and gas pipelines.

Manager Business Information*

Directs and coordinates all internal customer support applications for PC based systems in designing, developing, implementing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and deploying in a cost-effective/efficient manner to meet business requirements and ensure optimal performance.

Planning and Performance Manager*

Directs and coordinates all financial forecasting and reporting, strategic planning, and variance analysis.  Performs economic analyses regarding facilities and/or business opportunities.

Manager Commercial Excellence

Responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the strategic planning process for the products, crude oil and gas pipelines. Review economics evaluations on new projects, mergers, acquisitions, and divestures.

Manager Control Center*

Provide overall direction and leadership in the gas control function; the information technology requirements and solutions; the communication with customer representatives regarding daily transportation nominations/scheduled volumes; and, the monthly transportation invoice process.

Manager Engineering and Operations*

Directs all engineering, environmental, safety, operations and maintenance of infrastructure.  Manages DOT and MMS regulatory affairs for compliance and administration.

Manager - Field Operations*

Provide directions to Team Leads for the day to day operational and maintenance operations of oil and gas pipelines in the Gulf of Mexico District.

Manager Gas Control & Business Systems*

Oversees administration and application of information technologies; shipper contracts; the day-to-day communication and coordination with shippers, interconnect operators and pipelines for scheduling their transportation needs within system operating parameters, and the monthly transportation invoice process.

Manager, Growth*

Provides direction and overall responsibility for new growth opportunities associated with new or existing oil and gas pipelines.

Manager, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental*

Provides overall direction and leadership in the pipeline’s Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental issues and ensures all programs are in compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Manager Human Resources*

Directs and coordinates all Human Resource issues related to EEO/AA, labor, laws, employee retention and recruitment, performance management, conflict resolution, and consistent application of policies and procedures.

Manager Regulatory Affairs and Tariffs*

Provide direction and assistance to a team of Directors and tariff experts to ensure compliance with FERC regulatory requirements including tariff administration, certificate and tariff applications, and, reporting obligations.  Serves as Chief Compliance Officer for the new standards of conduct required for natural gas pipelines under FERC Order NO. 2004.

Manager SCADA Systems*

Provides for the design, procurement, installation and maintenance of SCADA and FlowCal equipment and software to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data telemetry from remote facilities for Gas Control Operations.

Manager Technical Services*

Provides direction for instrumental, electrical, and technical support in order to maximize the reliability of existing assets and minimize maintenance costs.

Engineering Manager - Facilities*

Direct and coordinates all project and district engineers, and provides support for execution of all capital projects, which includes technical and economic evaluation, performance testing, design and construction of new facilities, or upgrading existing facilities, and provides research on new technical developments.

Managing Attorney*

Provides direction and oversight for both internal and external legal teams, and provides overall management support for legal activities related to purchase and sale of assets, drafting of transportation contracts, participating in expansion activity discussions, and supporting regulatory and environment compliance activities of the business.

Measurement Coordinator*

Converts measurement data to volumetric records and generates reports on system flow.

Operations Project Coordinator

Acts as team lead or coordinates all operations and maintenance projects in the Gulf of Mexico.

Operations Supervisor*

Direct the gas control function; the information technology requirements and solutions; the communication with customer representatives regarding daily transportation nominations/scheduled volumes; and, the monthly transportation invoice process.

Optimization Coordinator*

Provide direction and support to the gas pipeline schedulers and resolves scheduling issues with shippers, interconnect operators and pipelines for scheduling their transportation needs within system operating parameters, and the monthly transportation invoice process.

President*

Provides leadership and direction regarding all aspects of Company activities including staffing, administration, financial, operational, regulatory, commercial, engineering, safety and environmental for products, crude oil and gas pipelines.

Project and District Engineers*

Provide rotating equipment and technical support in order to maximize the availability of existing assets and minimize maintenance costs.

Revenue Accountant*

Responsible for transportation billings, receivable management and accounting functions related to the billing process.

Team Leader - Department of Transportation Coordinator*

Provides guidance to coordinators and technical support for activities related to ensuring Department of Transportation regulatory compliance including required reporting  

Team Leader - Field Operations*

Coordinates all day to day operational and maintenance operations of gas pipelines.

Team Leader - Deepwater Offshore Pipelines

Provides technical support and direction to engineers for the deepwater offshore pipeline systems.

Team Leader, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental*

Directs the District Coordinator's role in Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental issues and ensures all programs are in compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
