Transportation Service ─ Available Existing Capacity

Destin Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (Destin) will conduct a binding Open Season for up to 360 MMCF/D(million cubic feet (at standard conditions) per day) of firm transportation capacity on its onshore system from Clarke County, Mississippi to Destin’s Pascagoula Station. Such capacity will become available on November 1, 2014, due to the expiration of existing Rate Schedule FT-1 Service Agreements.

Transportation Service ─ Expansion Capacity

Destin Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (Destin) will conduct a binding Open Season for up to 380 MMCF/D million cubic feet (at standard conditions) per day) of firm transportation capacity on its onshore system from Clarke County, Mississippi to Destin’s Pascagoula Station. Such capacity is anticipated to be available beginning on May 1, 2015, upon completion of construction of certain expansion facilities. Certain non-conforming bids may be considered.

Ownership: 33% Enbridge Offshore (Destin), L.L.C. , 67% Amoco Destin Pipeline Company.

Location: Extends from Viosca Knoll Block 900 to Main Pass Block 260 then north to a processing plant operated by BP-Amoco at Pascagoula, Mississippi, and then extends north to interconnections with nine major interstate gas pipelines.

Length: 255 miles

Start Up: September 1998

Fields: Transport production from Main Pass, Viosca Knoll, eastern Mississippi Canyon and DeSoto Canyon areas offshore southeastern Louisiana.
